Return Policy
It is mandatory to record a full unpacking video to claim any missing, wrong, or damaged product.
- Products are only eligible for a return if you have received a damaged product from us.
- Customers need to send us proof of the damage, and we will immediately replace the damaged product.
- In case you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately. The product should be in unused condition to be eligible for a return.
- Customers can request a return within 3 days after receiving their order. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- Once we receive your return product, it shall go through a standard checking process.
- After the damage has been seen and confirmed, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been accepted.
- We will replace your damaged product within the next 7–10 working days.
Refund Policy
- No Refund After Order Placement- Once an order is successfully placed on the website, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under normal circumstances. Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, including products, quantities, and shipping information, before placing the order.
- Replacement Policy (Damaged or Missing Items)- Refunds are not provided for product-related issues. In case a product is received in a damaged condition or any item is missing from the order, the company will arrange for reshipment of the affected product(s) at no additional cost.
All such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with appropriate proof such as an unboxing video or clear images. Requests without valid proof may not be considered.
- Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)- Refunds are not a standard practice and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as delivery to an unserviceable pin code, verified logistics failure, or other special situations.
All such cases will be reviewed internally, and the decision to process a refund will be at the sole discretion of the company.
- No Refund for Customer-Initiated Cancellation- Requests for cancellation or refund initiated by the customer after placing the order, including change of mind or any similar reason, will not be accepted.
- Policy Acceptance- By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
