Returns

  • Products are only eligible for a return if you have received a damaged product from us.  
  • Customers need to send us proof of the damage, and we will immediately replace the damaged product. 
  • In case you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately. The product should be in unused condition to be eligible for a return. 
  • Any product that exceeds 15 days since your receipt of the order will not be acceptable for returns. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return product, it shall go through a standard checking process.  
  • After the damage has been seen and confirmed, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been accepted.   
  • We will replace your damaged product within the next 7–10 working days.

India , USA, UK , Germany , Canada, Australia , South Africa , France , Netherlands, New Zealand , Mauritius, Bangladesh , UAE, Nepal , Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong kong , Thailand , Singapore & Japan.
