Shipping Policy

Customers must make an unpacking video for any claims related to damages or missing items. Without the video, such claims will not be accepted.

Pricing

• The prices for all products shown at Akansha Herbal website are fixed and not subject to any changes.  
• The prices shown on the website are not inclusive of shipping charges.  
• While placing an order, additional cost of INR 49–99 may be added (if applicable) based on your location (Applicable for India).
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.  

Shipping & Delivery

• If your total purchase of products is less than INR 499, then a shipping fee will be levied extra on your final bill (Applicable for India).
• For customers in West Bengal, a shipping fee of INR 49 will be applicable. For customers outside West Bengal, a shipping fee of INR 99 will be applicable (Applicable for India).
• If your total purchase of products is INR 499 or above, zero shipping charges are applicable (Applicable for India). 
• Expect a delivery time of 10 to 12 working days for our products to reach you (Applicable for India). 
• Once the bill has been generated, you will be notified of the courier service details for your package.
• Return to Origin (RTO) Due to Customer Error– If an order is returned to the company by the courier partner due to reasons attributable to the customer, including incorrect address, wrong pin code, invalid or unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
• Reshipping Charges- In such cases, reshipping will not be processed free of cost. The customer will be required to bear the applicable reshipping charges before the order is dispatched again. This is due to the fact that both forward shipping and return shipping charges are incurred.
• Failure to Pay Reshipping Charges- If the customer does not agree to pay the reshipping charges, the order will not be reshipped and no refund will be issued.
• Customer Responsibility- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including complete address, correct pin code, and valid contact number, and for being available to receive the delivery.
